5. Thiru Anbil- vimanam

According to legend Manduka muni was doing tapas underwater. He did not notice Sage Durvasa coming that way and hence did not pay respect. Durvasa cursed him to become a toad. Upon praying Lord Vishnu at this Kshetram, he was releived of his curse.
